Our minimum wholesale order is $150 (excl. GST). Minimum order value excludes shipping and handling charges.
Please note if your order total is less than the minimum $150, the checkout page will not allow you to checkout. Simply increase your order total to $150 to checkout.
The Hunter Valley Greeting Card Company accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Humm, LatitudePay, Laybuy, QuickaPay and Zip Pay.
Prepaid - All prepaid orders are charged at the time of purchase and will not be shipped until payment is received.
Stock now, pay later - We offer a number of interest free buy now pay later options. See Stock Now, Pay Later for full details.
We offer a flat rate shipping price within Australia of $10.95 for orders under $500 and $15.95 for orders over $500.
*All orders to remote areas and NT will be charged a flat rate of $23.95 for orders under $500 and $30.95 for orders over $500.
The Hunter Valley Greeting Card Company does not offer international shipping at this stage.
Display stand prices include applicable shipping charges. Please note that display stands will be sent direct from our supplier and will arrive separately to the rest of your order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship once payment is received for prepaid orders or approved for buy now pay later instalment plans.
It is often necessary for your order to be shipped across a number of shipments. You will be provided with all applicable tracking numbers. Please allow sufficient time for all shipments of your order to arrive. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Occasionally certain items may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back ordered and they will be shipped as soon as the item is back in stock.
In the event that an item is no longer available you will be provided with a full refund for that item.
All prices shown are exclusive of GST.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try to accommodate your request, but if the items have already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. All damaged or faulty items must be reported within five days of receipt of goods to be eligible for refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns after this time. Returns are not offered simply for change of mind.
Please note that our keepsake charms contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children.
